Early Call? Gut tells me it is Zook

I believe - gut feeling - that Zook and Holland have already cut a deal and that the only hangup is that Holland wants Zook in Greeville NOW and Zook wants to coach out the Bowl Game.

Zook would be a fine coach, though I have never really been all that impressed with Florida in relation to FSU and Miami. I think he would be a great hire.

IF I had my way, however, it would be Ty Willingham. First, if he can recruit under the academic restrictions at Stanford and Notre Dame - Good lord, imagine what he might do at ECU with essentially no academic roadblocks in the way! Also, he is a native of eastern NC who would have no problem recruiting the state. He has been around the country enough to be able to assemble a coaching staff. I also would find it nice to know that ECU was the first to hire an African American coach in the state.

Zook or Willingham would be ok by me.

Again, though, I believe Zook is already inked. Just my feeling.
