As you probably know, ECU fans have adopted a new tradition where the Jolly Roger is raised before the game and then in the fourth quarter, the No Quarter red flag is raised warning opponents that we intend to take no prisoners.
The fans, accordingly, cross their arms ala "X" Factor, to indicate No Quarter.
