For those of us who lived through the late 1980's brand of Pirate football, it is refreshing to see how much our team has improved across the board at the program level. Terry Holland has been nothing short of a genius.
More evidence, is the massive student turnout. Check these lines out for tickets to next week's home tilt with N.C. State.
Props to the ECU students this year...they have been AMAZING!
Now, if we can take care of UTEP.

I agree Ron. I am certainly guilty of sometimes looking at the ECU football glass half empty, when in fact we are making positive strides. We hold destiny in our hands to play for the C-USA title...something we've never done. While it burns my ass to see a team like USF in a BCS conference and in the top ten, I have to say, it's not like we've ever dominated in our own 2nd tier conference. So, taking the C-USA title would be a huge step forward for our program. Then maybe we can get into the Big East....where we belong. The support of Pirate Nation will help in that quest. Our attendance numbers are impressive. And, I'll be at whatever bowl we get invited to, again, this year.
